Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provided first tier of support and troubleshooting.
  • Dealing with incoming issues day to day in a professional manner over IT Ticketing system, Especially “Spiceworks”.
  • Follow up the Enrollment processes and the Modifications through the MDM solution.
  • Advise, train users on appropriate action and how to use different types of systems.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. 
  • Follow up with users in a daily basis to make sure their computer systems are functioning properly.
  • Acting as a vocal point between the users and the concerned teams internal the IT departments.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems all of MS Windows, Linux OS, WPS, MS office, Outlook. 
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve computer applications. 
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT equipment’s (laptops, Tablets, Multifunction Printers, Camera’s,  VOIP IP Phones).
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems with LAN and WAN.
  • Solid knowledge of remotely applications (TeamViewer, Any desk, etc.). 
  • knowledge of EDR, Antivirus, Backup, Maintenance, Recovery data Applications (Acronis, CloneZilla, Hiren's Boot CD PE). 

Working in a teamwork and Sharing knowledge with team colleagues.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Technical Aspects:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant degree.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in the IT Field.
  • Ability to handle daily issues related to IT Infrastructure.
  • Have a good communication skills.
  • ITIL Foundation is plus.
  • Basics Knowledge in A+, N+, CCNA, MCSA.
  • Basics Knowledge in FortiGate FW and AP.
  • Hands on Exp in Mobile Device Management Tools.
  • Knowledge in Linux Environment Especially “Ubuntu OS”. 
  • Ability to dealing with “laptops, Tablets, Multifunction Printers, Camera’s, Email systems, VOIP IP Phones”. 
  • Good English Speaker is a must.
