You will work closely with a team of skilled healthcare professionals and play a key role in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.Key Responsibilities Perform organ procurement, harvest, and transplant surgeries with a high level of expertise and precision. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients. Educate patients and their families about transplant procedures, risks, and aftercare. Conduct research and stay updated with the latest developments in transplant surgery. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to discussions on patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports. Assist in the training and supervision of junior medical staff and students. Adhere to all ethical, professional, and safety standards set by the medical institution and governing bodies.Requirements Medical degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in general surgery with a specialization in transplant surgery. Minimum of 5 years of experience in transplant surgery. Expertise in organ procurement, harvest, and transplant surgeries. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
