Job Description
In this role, you will
Drive sales by calling existing and potential customers to pitch Bayut packages and services;
Foster and sustain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business;
Understand customers' needs and identify upsell opportunities;
Accurately record and process details of customers' sales , calls , meetings and notes in the CRM;
Identify and classify buyer profiles, i.e., B2B, B2C, C2C;
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed;
Meet monthly KPIs & revenue targets;
Ensure timely payment collection from customers Proficiency of Tools & Systems
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degrees in marketing, communications, business administration, or related fields are preferred
Experience
(1-2) years of Telesales experience;
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Knowledge
Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written);
Good knowledge of the Real Estate industry;
Basic knowledge and working experience of call centre systems & solutions;
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Skills
Ability to follow scripts;
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills;
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills;
Exceptional customer service, communication and negotiation skills;
Cool-tempered and able to successfully counter rebuttals in order to close sales
