Full-Time | Dubai Office | Financial Advice & Wealth Management SectorAre you a talented content writer who can turn ideas into trust-building, informative email campaigns?We’re hiring a Content-First Email Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and take ownership of our email marketing — with a strong emphasis on high-quality writing and structured, thoughtful trigger campaigns.This role is best suited to someone with experience marketing services and solutions, rather than products — especially those that involve longer decision cycles and higher trust.We use HubSpot and so someone with experience of their Marketing Hub would be in an advantageous position. But please do not be dissuaded if you are a great writer, but do not have experience of HubSpot. Training and support will be provided. You must be an excellent writer who understands how to educate, nurture and guide readers through complex, considered decisions.Role Overview:You’ll be responsible for delivering both one-off campaigns and automated flows across the customer journey.We are not writing ‘salesy’ emails. We’re looking for thoughtful, professional, value-led messaging that fits our brand and reflects the sophistication of our clients.Key Responsibilities:Trigger-Based CampaignsDeliver email sequences following someone booking a call, guide downloads or tool usageWrite nurture flows based on audience segment, behaviour or lifecycle stageSupport pipeline movement with timely, relevant messagesCreate automation sequences that include email, sms, and WhatsApp.Broadcast Email CampaignsPlan and write broadcast emails targeting key audience segmentsCollaborate with internal stakeholders on messaging, tone and timingMaintain our email calendar and coordinate campaigns across verticalsEnsure every message adds value and builds long-term trustClient CommunicationsWork with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracyAdapt writing tone to reflect our existing client relationshipsWe're Looking For Someone Who:Is a great writer — clear, structured, and persuasive without being pushyHas experience writing for services or solution-based businessesUnderstands email purpose — whether it’s nurture, conversion, or engagementCan plan content sequences and see the logic between messagesCan build logic when creating segmentationIs happy working with technical or complex subject matterIs proactive, responsible, and naturally organisedPreferred but not essential:Experience with HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platformsExposure to financial services, professional services, or SaaS sectorsFamiliarity with long-cycle sales or multi-touchpoint nurtureKnowledge of SMS or WhatsApp integration tools
