Our client is an international manufacturer specializing in the production of innovative products for waterproofing, insulation, soundproofing and vegetated solutions for the roofing, building envelope and civil engineering sectors.We are seeking a HR Generalist to join their team in Dubai, DIP office. The resource will be required to work from Abu Dhabi Office, ICAD for 2 days in a week and rest of the days in Dubai office. Hence, seeking candidates who can drive and owns a car.Position Summary: Reporting to Finance & Administration Director, manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and policy compliance. Essential for fostering a positive work environment and supporting organizational success.Job Responsibilities Report to the Finance & Administration Director and handle various HR functions. Assist in recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment. Administer employee benefits, including enrolment, changes, and communication. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality. Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees. Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback. Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.Qualifications/Competencies Required Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CHRP or SHRM-CP are advantageous. Proficiency in talent acquisition and new employee orientation. Knowledge of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Effective communication skills for employee interactions and HR-related communications. Understanding of labour laws and regulations related to HR practices. Familiarity with employee benefits enrolment and management.ExperienceMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR Generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing environment in UAE
