Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Logistics Officer to efficiently manage inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring timely coordination with shipping lines and freight agents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of import/export documentation and hands-on SAP experience, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.

Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements
Coordinate with shipping lines and freight agents to arrange trailers and containers for inbound deliveries.
Handle the full cycle of inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of customs documentation for Abu Dhabi and Dubai operations.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of inbound shipments.
Manage import and export clearance documentation, particularly for sea freight.
Prepare monthly logistics reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Negotiate shipping rates and terms to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience using SAP.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English & Tagalog (Arabic is a plus).
Knowledge of customs processes and documentation in Abu Dhabi and Dubai is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
