Admin Assistant

Your JobKoch Engineered Solutions is looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team in our new facility in Dammam 2nd Industrial area. The successful candidate would be motivated to contribute to the long-term success of the business, demonstrates Integrity and be keen on details, and be able to embrace change and adapt quickly. The Admin Assistant shall understand the different businesses and play the role of the success partner with the different company businesses, proactive to provide support, and professional in all general administrative functions.What You Will DoBe the first focal point for visitors.Provide supportive admin services to the different business lines (Business development, marketing, HR, Procurement etc.) Plan, schedule and arrange all the requirements of meetings, conferences, business travels. Access the electronic portal for government services (chamber of commerce, MOFA, etc.) and may visit if needed. Analyze data and present information from data to support decision making.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Success in a similar role in a complex international environment. Demonstrated capability to handle multitasking while focusing on results. Excellent written and verbal communication both Arabic and English. Demonstrative capabilities to be effective in the role and additive to the team. Knowledge of computer applications and planning skills. Able to collaborates well with others. Confident to travel if required.What Will Put You AheadExposed to industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong relationship building skills and a thirst to learn about the business and the company’s culture.
