Due to sustained growth in the Middle East region, the company is strengthening its commercial team and is looking for a Key Account Manager to join its Dubai office.
Main Responsibilities
As Key Account Manager Middle East, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships with luxury brand clients across the region.
Working closely with internal teams in France and the UAE, you will:Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Middle East
Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with prospects and existing clients
Drive sales growth while ensuring alignment with company strategy, margin, and profitability goals
Lead projects from concept to launch in collaboration with internal teams (design, prototyping, production, quality, finance, logistics)
Manage and respond to RFQs and tender submissions, including briefing, cost estimation, purchasing and commercial negotiation
Coordinate with production sites, including on-site visits
Ensure client satisfaction, build loyalty, and develop long-term relationships
Profile Sought
Skills & Background:Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
Fluency in Arabic is a strong plus
Proven experience in business development or account management (approx.
5 years)
Experience in premium/luxury product sectors is a plus
Strong command of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (experience with DIVALTO is a plus)
Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Personal Qualities : Hunter profile: results-driven and proactive in business development
Tenacious, dynamic, and organized
Strong interpersonal skills and client-oriented approach
Autonomous, hands-on, and solution-focused
Able to handle pressure and manage priorities effectively
Team spirit with a collaborative mindset
