The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple facilities, covering raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
The role requires ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient material movement, and timely deliveries in coordination with the sales and production teams.
This position plays a critical role in optimizing supply chain performance while leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple warehouses, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns.
Ensure accurate tracking and movement of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
Plan and coordinate the transportation of products for deliveries.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment.
Coordinate with production to align material flow with manufacturing schedules.
Implement and monitor effective inventory management systems to control stock levels and reduce waste.
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to operational policies and safety standards.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across all facilities.
Track and analyze KPIs such as stock turnover, order accuracy, and delivery timelines to improve efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
8–10 years of proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing or building materials industry.
Strong background in managing multi-warehouse operations.
Hands-on experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, transportation, and supply chain best practices.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
