Unlike some competitors, they are not limited to any particular technology or process, allowing them to adapt and evolve with changing needs and advancements in the industry.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities would include Strategic Sourcing: Developing and executing procurement strategies to acquire goods and services required for water and waste water projects, ensuring they are cost-effective and aligned with the company's sustainability goals Vendor Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services. Technological Innovation: Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to identify and integrate innovative technologies that enhance efficiency and sustainability in water and waste water management processes. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, while also identifying and mitigating risks associated with the supply chain. Cost Optimisation: Continuously evaluating procurement processes and expenditures to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and environmental sustainability. Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to align procurement activities with overall business objectives and project requirements.
