By utilizing Islamic financing tools like Murabaha, Ijarah and Takaful, we reduce the uncertainty in transactions and provide solutions that are right for our customers, whether they are an individual looking to save or a large corporation searching for a long term partner.Engineering Unit is a unique unit of the bank which evaluates the property financed by the Bank, and Managing & Supervising the construction of Bank properties and Bank finance properties including Escrow Account properties. The unit is playing major role in Management of Home Finance deals. The unit contributes to the bank income considerably by Fees for valuations a payment certifications.The incumbent will be responsible for:Arrange for site visit schedules by liaising with Customer / contractorWherever site visit required for Property Valuations Visit and verify the site status and report it to the Senior ManagerProgress Payment request from contractor & verify the documents as per requirementsPreparing MIS for site visit/Home Finance deals In case of customer/contractor disputes to take necessary action to solve the issueIssue any legal Notification to Contractor wherever it is requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in EngineeringMinimum 2 years in Constructional contracts documentations experience. Knowledge of contractor paymentsKnowledge of MS Office. Well experienced in operating Excel/ Access & WordMultilingual
