Civil Site Engineer

Our client is a holding leading investment company in the UAE, seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join their team.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building construction, particularly in the construction of luxurious villas, palaces, or high-rise buildings. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering aspects of the construction project, ensuring that it is completed safely, on time, and within budget.Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all civil engineering activities on the construction site. Coordinate with the project manager, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards. Manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure efficient and productive work. Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and materials. Resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Requirements· Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 5-10 years of experience in building construction, with a focus on luxurious villas, palaces, or high-rise buildings. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, techniques, and practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid professional engineer license (PE) is preferred. Willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.
