EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - MENA REGION
Minopex is a leading specialist in the field of outsourced operation and maintenance (O&M) of metal and mineral processing facilities.
Our business is growing, and we would like to grow our talent pool in the MENA Region with mineral processing professionals for a portfolio being developed abroad.
We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates in the listed types of roles which will be on an expatriate assignment basis.
Gold processing experience would be an advantage.
PLANT MANAGER with a bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering and Minimum 15 years’ experience in a Mineral Processing environment at Plant Management level especially Gold Processing with experience in CIL/CIP, floatation, Autoclave and heap leach.
PLANT ENGINEER with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or N6 with GCC with at least of 15 years’ experience preferably in a metallurgical plant
SENIOR METALLURGIST with a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering and a minimum of 8 – 10 years’ technical and production experience in a hydrometallurgical mineral processing environment, of which 4 years’ must be as a Plant Metallurgist
TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT with bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Metallurgist / Process Engineer
SHEQ MANAGER with a Degree or Diploma in SHEQ Management with 10 years’ experience and knowledge in plant operations
GENERAL ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT with a National Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) and a recognised Trade Test Certificate (Fitting & Turning or Electrical) and a minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Engineering Supervisor/ Foreman.
ENGINEERING FOREMAN MECHANICAL AND E&I with a Grade 12 or equivalent and valid Section 13 / Section 26 (D) Trade Test Certificate required.
Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in Mechanical maintenance with at least 4 - 5 years’ supervisory experience
PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDANT AND PROCESS SHIFT SUPERVISORS with a Grade 12 or equivalent, a National Certificate Mineral Processing Level 2 or equivalent Minerals Processing qualification and a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Process shift Supervisor.
PROCESS SECTION SUPERVISORS AND CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR with a Grade 12 or equivalent, a National Certificate Mineral Processing Level 2 or equivalent Minerals Processing qualification and a minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Process Section Supervisor/Control Room Operator.
ENGINEERING ARTISANS’ - BOILERMAKER, FITTER, RIGGER ROPESMAN, ELECTIRICAN, INSTRUMENT MECHANICIAN with a Grade 12 or equivalent and valid Section 13 / Section 26 (D) Trade Test Certificate required and a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience as a qualified Artisan
CONDITION MONITORING TECHNICIAN with a Grade 12 or equivalent and National Diploma with 6 years’ experience in the appropriate field, with at least 5 years in an engineering operating facility.
Specialized training in vibration analysis and other condition monitoring techniques
INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN with National Diploma S4 Electrical Engineering – Light Current with 8 years’ experience in the field.
SYSTEM’S TECHNICIAN with National Diploma S4 Electrical Engineering wit at least 8 years’ experience in the field.
