Job DescriptionEssential Job Functions: Support the acceleration of growth by managing the product and offering portfolio Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies Participate in budget allocation and ensure resources are utilized effectively for ROI Provide leadership and guidance to a team of product managers and offering specialists Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to adapt strategies accordingly Drive product innovation and improvements based on customer feedback and market insights Foster strong inter-departmental relationships to ensure successful product development and market entry Contribute to the evaluation and optimization of the product portfolio to align with corporate goalsBasic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role Proven experience in leadership roles related to products and offerings Proficiencies in strategic planning, product development, and market analysis A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus Relevant certifications, such as Agile or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plusRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
