We encourage you to apply and start a conversation with one of our recruiters.For more information, please visit www.lifera.com.saMain Purpose And Key ResponsibilitiesMain Purpose:The main responsibility will be to define, evaluate and execute the licensing strategy and operational plan to grow revenue and profitability with existing partners, as well as identify and expand the customer and product portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate, negotiate, plan, and implement comprehensive growth strategies and different business models that support the strategic corporate goals. Alliance management and develop partnership strategies.Manage deal negotiations, market analysis and partnership discussion.Support development of corporate strategies.Engage in due diligence seeking new licensees and new product categories.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.Create and implement comprehensive long/short term business plans to meet and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.Analyze market and consumer trends to identify new license opportunities.Develop strong relationships with licensees to generate additional business overall.Establish a strong external network in strategic partnerships/alliances with different key stakeholders of the leading pharmaceutical companies.Skills, Knowledge And ExpertiseBachelor's degree in any related field, master's degree is preferred.10-15 years of experience in the same field.Pharma background.
