Job Description

ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Inventory ControlOversee all goods in and ensure that these are unloaded and stored efficiently and safely.Oversee the dispatch operation to ensure that it operates efficiently, effectively and safely and meets customer requirements.Oversee the use of the warehouse to ensure the maximum use of available space and a safe, efficient and profitable operation which meets customer and business needs.Develop and manage implementation effective stock control and audit systems to ensure that all stocks are maintained at the levels necessary to meet production requirements.Inventory AnalysisControl cost and forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for each location through periodic inventory analysis for each store and using that analysis coupled with sales figures to determine the optimal stock levels.Develop and implement ordering protocols to optimize store stock to build sales figures without overstocking or understocking.Ensure accurate inventory management and stock movement and eliminate errors and/or fraudArea ManagersManage all Area Managers within Saudi Arabia and other countries regarding sales targets, HR related issues, Mall Management, Maintenance follow up, store opening follow up, market information, etc.Plan and implement strategies to meet sales targets with alignment of General ManagerEnsure compliance of company and franchisors operating proceduresCost ManagementConstantly review store sales numbers, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss to determine whether the store is meeting its goals.Develop a plan to how each location could change in order to maximize profits and reduce loss at the store levelBuild long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholdersEnsure applying best practices in loss prevention to ensure saving company assets.Development ProjectsDevelop and monitor the Projects development budget to ensure that all projects are effectively costedAssist in the preparation and monitoring of Projects budgets to ensure that maintenance is carried out within agreed costs.Maintain regular contact with Projects Team to define the scope of projects and the resulting implementation plans.Monitor and report on project progress in a structured manner, drawing particular attention to deviations from the original project plan.ProcurementDirect and control the P function to ensure that the company has all the resources required for production purposes within agreed costs and quality standards and at the right times.QualificationsUniversity degree in any fieldMBA Degree is a PlusAt least 15+ years’ experience in Retail Fashion SectorExtensive management experienceAn established track record in the field of RetailDetailed knowledge of the company and its productsExperience in the industrynterpersonal skills of the highest order.
