Job Responsibility
The Digital Banking Lead will be responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation of digital web journeys across all banking products, including those offered in partnership with co-brand partners via open APIs.
This role requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional delivery to ensure seamless, customer-centric digital experiences.
The individual will also work in close collaboration with the Open Finance team to design and deploy journeys aligned with evolving Central Bank directives, ensuring compliance, innovation, and scalability.
The role demands a deep understanding of digital banking, API integration, regulatory frameworks, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into tangible execution plans that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Manage the entire lifecycle of digital sales funnels, from concept through to execution and continuous improvement.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end digital web journeys across all banking products.
Oversee integration of co-brand partner offerings via open APIs, ensuring seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the Open Finance team to deliver journeys in line with Central Bank regulatory requirements and evolving open banking frameworks.
Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and servicing through intuitive, compliant, and scalable digital platforms.
Act as a bridge between business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders to translate strategic goals into practical execution.
Ensure timely delivery of digital journeys while maintaining high standards of usability, security, and compliance.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement in digital channels to keep pace with market trends and regulatory expectations.
Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external partners to accelerate open API adoption and unlock new business opportunities.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
