The ideal candidate should have experience in managing contracts and related documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree or a degree from a technical college.- 5 years of experience in contracting or consultancy within the construction industry.- Strong understanding of contracting processes, project management, and consultancy practices.- Proficiency in navigating legal and technical aspects of contracts.Responsibilities:- Assist in the management of contracts and related documentation within construction and consultancy projects.- Support coordination between various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.- Review and analyze contracts, identifying critical components and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.- Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.- Provide support in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations as required.Skills:- Solid experience in contracting or consultancy within the construction industry.- Knowledge of contract management processes and legal aspects.- Strong communication and coordination skills.- Ability to work within a team and across various project stakeholders.- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
