Job Title: Project Manager (Contractor)Location: Bahrain (On-site)Rate: $450 USD a dayLanguage: Arabic speaking preferredJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in BSS/OSS, preferably with Oracle expertise, to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have solid project management skills, exceptional client engagement abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a timely and efficient manner.Key Qualifications:Strong experience in BSS/OSS domains, with a preference for candidates with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (RMB) Demonstrated ability to lead and coach development teams, convert requirements into functional and technical specs, and provide post-go-live support. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly, perform under pressure, and adapt to the requirements of the role. Experience in product management, business analysis, requirement engineering, solution design, data analysis, business research, functional testing, and driving UATs. 2Responsibilities:Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Preferred Skills:Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of project management tools. Arabic language proficiency is preferred to facilitate communication with local clients and stakeholders.
