About UnlockLand
UnlockLand is an AI-powered land intelligence platform that helps real estate professionals instantly evaluate zoning, development potential, and investment feasibility.
Recently selected by Saudi Arabia’s National Technology Development Program (NTDP) and REGA, we are expanding into the Gulf region with a focus on high-impact pilot projects in Riyadh.
We’re looking for a Riyadh-based Business Development Representative with strong connections in the real estate development ecosystem, especially among private developers, government-affiliated builders, and urban investment firms.
What You’ll Do
Represent UnlockLand locally in key conversations with developers, brokers, and municipalities
Introduce our AI platform to mid-to-large scale residential and mixed-use developers
Help initiate pilot projects, partnerships, or licensing discussions
Provide local insight into development processes, approval cycles, and planning regulations
Identify strategic public or private sector channels for adoption
Coordinate on-the-ground meetings, product demos, and POC opportunities with Saudi stakeholders
(Optional) Act as a commercial partner in joint deals or revenue-share partnerships
Ideal Background
Based in Riyadh (or able to travel frequently)
Strong network in the Saudi/GCC real estate sector — especially among private developers, urban planners, housing-related agencies, or investment arms
Understanding of land acquisition, entitlement, or early-stage development processes
Fluent in Arabic and English
Bonus: Experience in smart city, PropTech, or SaaS is a strong advantage
