We have launched from Egypt to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and UAE, and are looking to build and expand our footprint across the MENA-P region.About the Role:To develop and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment in quality of productivity and standards; strengthening goal attainment for great company NPS output, and supporting the recruitment and ongoing development of a driven and KPI driven workforce.What You'll Do: Work with business leaders to develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with the goals of the business.Well-experienced in change management and implementing and driving new processesConduct periodic meetings with business operating unit Managers to ensure the policies and procedures are implemented properly in addition to reporting any feedback and challenges to the higher level.Managing and leading payroll function end to endResponsible for partnering with Talent Acquisition team according to the policy and in alignment with the regional requirements.Responsible for effective implementation of new programs and initiatives such as job rotation, succession planning, high potentials, summer internship, and Management Training Programs designed by the L&D Team and participating in job fairs and career events on a regional and/or global level.Working closely with team regarding the onboarding and induction Program in order to secure a smooth introduction for the company newcomers.Collect and analyze HR-related data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies to promote a positive and productive work environment. This may involve conducting employee surveys and developing recognition and reward programs.Working on maintaining and updating all country contracts and eligibilities.Driven to deliver on projects being developed and rolled out successfully.What You'll Need: BSc /BA in HR or related field.Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR and minimum 3 years as an HR Generalist/ Business Partner.Excellent experience working with Data and HR Analytics.Thorough knowledge and Implementation of general human resources policies and procedures.Good knowledge of employment/labor laws and legislations.Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems.Excellent communication and people skills.Aptitude in problem-solving.Driven desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
