Job Summary:Lead and execute digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and technology adoption across the organization.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals and priorities.Identify and integrate emerging technologies to streamline internal processes and capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management and digital adoption.Oversee the lifecycle of digital projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.Manage digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.Facilitate governance frameworks for digital initiatives, including data integrity, cybersecurity, and IT compliance.Collaborate, monitor and evaluate the performance of digital systems and ERP platforms, recommending continuous improvements with the end-to-end implementation, integration, and optimizationEnsure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and IT standards during transformation initiatives.Analyze digital maturity and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.Establish KPIs and track performance of digital initiatives to ensure ROI and impact.Job Qualifications:Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Digital Innovation, or related field.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT within digital transformation roles, preferably in a technology driven organization.
