Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS"Job DescriptionMain Duties:Responsible for delivering the Social Events budgeted Banquet revenue.Sell & promote the hotel’s facilities and packages to Social events potential demand.Optimize the hotel’s exposure and visibility in the Social events business segment.Create Social events packages in accordance to market trend, demand and Guest’s needs.Portrait & market the hotel’s Social event’s offers through the Social media channels in coordination with the Marketing Dept.Conduct customer’s orientation and presentation, handle all logistics related to the event.Establish productive and positive relations with the Event’s Wedding planners.Qualifications What we wish you will bring with you Proven experience in the same role or a similar leadership role, with a minimum of 3 years in a hospitality environment.Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans that have resulted in revenue growth and increased market share.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets and exceed expectations.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.Eye for detail, for the product, the guests, and your team.Helicopter view, commercial attitude, and always thinking one step ahead.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies.Good user knowledge of reservation and CRM systems.Pro-active approach and commercially focused.The drive to work in a 5* service environment.Additional InformationYour team and working environment:In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the cultureNote: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permitsOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
