Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational excellence.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock management and loss prevention.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to brand guidelines for displays and presentation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with regional leadership to align store performance with company goals.
What We’re Looking For
5-7 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing teams.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
In-depth knowledge of jewelry products (e.g., diamonds, gold, gemstones) and luxury retail trends.
Experience with inventory management, POS systems, and financial reporting in a retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person retail environment in the UAE.
