About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ess to join Social Company in Zabeel House the Greens by Jumeirah .
The main duties and responsibilities of this role
Provides a link between kitchen and service areas.
Provides table and or counter service of all menu items.
Provides table and or counter service of alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages.
Updates food and beverage knowledge required to carry out duties.
Provides advice on food and beverage to guests.
To be familiar with the food and beverage service including stemware used and appropriate garnishes.
Receives and stores food and beverage adhering to all food hygiene regulations and procedures.
Consistently monitors quality of food and beverage being served, and report to the supervisor or assistant outlet manager.
About You
University Degree preferably in hospitality management
2 years in a Food and Beverage Service outlet in a life style property or restaurant
Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm with work
Good English communication skills
Sound knowledge of non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
