About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the strategic direction, development, and implementation of our global IT projects. These initiatives span multiple regions and industries, requiring strong leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful, scalable, and innovative technology solutions as a Team Lead or CTO in dynamic, high-growth environments.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Leadership: Define and execute the company’s technology vision and roadmap, aligned with overall business goals.Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of IT projects across diverse markets, ensuring quality, security, scalability, and timely execution.Team Management: Build and lead high-performing, distributed tech teams; mentor engineers, architects, and project managers.Innovation & Strategy: Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential for integration into our projects.Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team, product owners, and stakeholders across regions to ensure seamless coordination and communication.Budget & Vendor Management: Manage technology budgets and vendor relationships; negotiate contracts and monitor performance.Risk Management: Establish and enforce best practices in cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance across geographies.In addition, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to architect and build highly scalable systems using the latest and most advanced technologies, including but not limited to the MERN stack, Go (Golang), and other modern frameworks suited for large-scale, distributed applications.QualificationsExperience: 10+ years in technology leadership roles, including 3+ years as a CTO or Senior Team Lead.Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-national IT projects.Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software development, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, etc.), infrastructure, and cybersecurity.Global Perspective: Experience managing teams and projects across different countries and time zones.Leadership: Strong people management, decision-making, and communication skills.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA or executive training is a plus.Preferred SkillsExperience with agile development and DevOps culture.Familiarity with regulatory standards like GDPR, HIPAA, or other international frameworks.Proficiency in managing hybrid or fully remote tech teams.Multilingual or cross-cultural communication skills.
