The ideal candidate is someone whose passion lies in finding the best talent to make our company successful. This role is critical in growing our team and enhancing our culture by finding and bringing on exceptional team members.As a Recruiter at ThinkMarkets, you will be joining a collaborative, innovative, and global team and you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment and driving strategic and tactical initiatives around effective candidate delivery to our business.Responsibilities:Partner with hiring leaders to understand job requirements, create and implement candidate generation strategies and source top talent. Conduct full life cycle recruitment for open positions across multiple departments including but not limited to Operations and Back-Office. Develop proactive recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools, websites, and software, including LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, and Greenhouse (ATS). Review resumes for open roles daily to keep on top of applications and set up initial screens. Conduct initial phone screens with potential candidates to determine if they have the top skills necessary for the role in addition to being a culture add. Coordinate second and final round interviews with the team. Track recruitment spend and ensure it is within agreed budgets. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders and HR Business Partners to create a partnership that yields success with proven results and credibility. Be an evangelist for a great candidate experience and stay on top of market trends in trading, FinTech, and HR/recruitment to help improve and innovate our talent management process. All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, including head hunting and dealing with high volumes of applicants and open positions concurrently, ideally within a financial service, FinTech or technology setting in UAE. Solid understanding of the Dubai job market, including best practice expertise, knowledge of local talent acquisition systems and job boards, as well as relevant UAE regulations, and market trends. BA/BS from an accredited college or university. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to find passive candidates. Familiarity with ATS and HRIS such as Greenhouse. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong attention to detail. Adaptable self-starter, able to work independently and succeed in a fast-paced work environment. Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn. Please note that you must already be based in UAE upon applying for this job.
