Project Director – Commercial Office

An executive recruiter is looking for a Project Director (20+ Years) to join a leading mixed use giga project in KSA central to the KSA Vision 2030. It is a multi billion project focusing on luxury hospitality, commercial offices, retail among others.The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all construction activities related to commercial office projects (G+70); and coordinate with project teams, PMCs and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.ResponsibilitiesStrategic PlanningDevelop construction strategies and plans in alignment with project objectives and client requirements.Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.Establish construction methodologies and standards to ensure quality and efficiency.Project ManagementLead and oversee all phases of the construction process from pre-construction to project closeout.Coordinate with project managers, PMCs and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.Stakeholder CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders regarding construction-related matters.Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to ensure alignment and address concerns.Manage expectations and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.Quality Assurance and ControlEstablish quality assurance processes and standards for construction activities.Job OfferApart from lucrative compensation, an opportunity to contribute to the KSA Vision 2030.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Extensive experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial office projects.Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are desirable.Experience with sustainable building practices and LEED certification is a plus.#OTHER#OTHER
