We are currently looking for a Project Director – Theme Park with a minimum of 18+ years’ experience to assist the Executive Project Leadership team in the management of mega projects in Riyadh, KSA.The PD is accountable for the overall Theme Park Project, their primary role is to ensure that everything is coordinated, delivered on time, within budget, and meet the Client's scope requirements. They work closely and lead the multi-disciplinary project team to establish project objectives, manage scope and change, developing project plans, and coordinating activities between different teams to achieve the project goals.The Project Director also manages the project budget, including the allocation of resources, and monitors project progress to ensure that milestones are met. They will have the ability to liaise directly with Clients to manage their expectations, build relationships, and ensure that the project aligns with the Client's needs.In addition to these responsibilities, the PD manages project risk, develops contingency plans, and ensures that health and safety standards are adhered to. They are responsible for managing project documentation in a common data environment, ensuring that projects are compliant with regulatory requirements, and maintaining AtkinsRealis project management methodology.Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryAccountable for the end-to-end leadership, management and delivery of all aspects of this project.
