As part of our Global Expansion team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and establishing Pisano as a leading brand in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and business development, with a proven track record of success in the Saudi Arabian market.What Does Pisano Expect from You?As the Sales Director for KSA, your responsibilities will include:Owning quarterly and annual sales targets in the assigned territoryDeveloping and managing sales teams to cover assigned accounts effectively.Creating and executing sales plans to drive revenue growth.Ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue deliveryMaintaining up-to-date customer and pipeline data in HubSpotDriving new opportunities and selling Pisano solutions in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030Managing the end-to-end sales process and engaging appropriate resourcesOverseeing the onboarding, development, and retention of sales talentCollaborating with internal stakeholders to maximize overall revenue generation.What Qualifications and Skills Do You Need?To excel in this role, you should have:Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.At least 15 years of B2B sales or account management experience in Enterprise Software, preferably in CRM, ERP, or Contact Centre solutions.A proven track record of overachievement and driving sales growth.Experience in pipeline management, projection, and budgeting.Strong leadership abilities and the ability to hire, onboard, develop, and retain top sales talent.A deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and a strong network of contactsFamiliarity with SaaS technologies and knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.If you're passionate about driving business success and making an impact in the rapidly evolving technology landscape, we want to hear from you.
