Channel Account Manager – Saudi Arabia
Position Summary
Exabeam is seeking a highly motivated Channel Account Manager (CAM) to join our growing Global Channel Team, with a specific focus on partners in Saudi Arabia.
This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our channel ecosystem—building strong relationships, accelerating partner revenue growth, and ensuring long-term partner success.
You will act as the primary interface between Exabeam and our partners in Saudi Arabia—owning recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and joint business planning—while aligning closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive execution and impact.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is passionate about building high-value partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment & Activation
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across Saudi Arabia, with an emphasis on government and public sector accounts.
Lead onboarding workflows, system access, and delivery of key assets (welcome kits, credentials, etc.).
Serve as the primary point of contact during initial partner engagement.
Track and report onboarding progress, KPIs, and partner satisfaction.
Partner Enablement & Growth
Drive enablement initiatives across technical, sales, and operational roles within partner organizations.
Deliver and coordinate workshops, webinars, and training sessions (both live and recorded).
Collaborate with product, marketing, and enablement teams to customize partner content and learning experiences.
Support local customer use cases and Exabeam deployment scenarios, including Saudi government security frameworks.
Monitor and report on partner certifications, engagement levels, and enablement milestones.
Joint Business Planning & Execution
Partner with regional sales teams and solution architects to build joint go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with partners on pipeline generation, marketing campaigns, and demand creation activities.
Provide structured feedback to the Partner Program Office to improve onboarding, enablement, and partner engagement models.
Maintain detailed records of partner performance, enablement touchpoints, and business growth.
