Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Manager – Sales to join Jumeirah Living Marina Gate.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role
Responsible for meeting revenue targets across designated global accounts, market segments specifically in corporate and long stay executing tailored sales strategies and action plans.
Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive brand alignment and market presence.
Create and implement account development plans to maximize short- and long-term revenue, while providing insights and recommendations for sales strategy improvements.
Actively prospect new opportunities, maintain a high-profile network, and represent the brand at key trade shows, client events, and sales trips.
Stay updated on individual, segment, and hotel performance targets; adhere to company policies, brand standards, and hygiene and safety regulations.
Act as a Jumeirah ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining professional appearance, and supporting internal collaboration and operational efficiency.

About You
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications
Problem solving
Leadership and team management skills
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with hotel management software, such as Opera cloud, is desired.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using computer systems and office software (e.g., MS Office).
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
High level of professionalism and grooming.
Fluency in any of the languages - Arabic, English, Russian, and German is desired.
