Job Description

Responsibilities

Execute business development strategy and B2B initiatives.
Develop the partnerships with the aim of recruiting new partners through selected channels.
Maintain direct contact with partners and IBs, ensuring excellent service standards.
Work closely with B2B team and other departments to implement campaigns targeted at attracting new partners.
Enforce prudent approach to the regulatory framework as per the company policies, ethos and ethics in the light of the developments in this dynamic sector.
Manage partnership relations, communication and recruitment, maximizing customer acquisition.
Optimize all aspects of the Partners program through new and established networks.
Oversee the management of existing and new relationships with partners and clients.

Job Requirements

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles with experience in the FX or tech industry.

We're looking for individuals eager to grow in the B2B space and develop industry-specific expertise over time.
Familiarity with client acquisition and/or partnership building (e.g., working with IBs or affiliate partners).
Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) are required.

Additional languages like Arabic, Spanish, or German are a great asset, but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building and maintaining relationships.

You enjoy meeting new people, listening actively, and representing your team with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where adaptability and a positive mindset are key.
