Anton Paar will establish a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Abu Dhabi starting on January 2025. Therefore, we are looking for someone to join our team as a Service Sales Specialist to proactively sell service contracts to new and existing customers.Responsibilities:Achievement of agreed targets for service contract business through the inside sales processManagement of the renewals for existing customer contracts plus the generation of leads for new contract businessPreparing quotations and communicating with existing and potential customers by phone and email to negotiate, sell contracts and secure ordersSupport the development of marketing campaigns to existing customers and prospects, engaging resources from Marketing, Service and SalesUnderstand and use all aspects of the SAP/CRM service module to effectively complete the downstream processing of received ordersCommunication with Service Engineers and support thereof in planning of the maintenancesRequirements:Proven experience in an inside sales or telemarketing environment Education in Technical or Business field with relevant customer service experienceStrong written and oral communication skills in EnglishExcellent time management, prioritizing and organizational skills are essentialStrong communication and interpersonal skills with high level of attention to detailGood computer literacy with competence in use of CRM software.
