Boiler Technician - LXR Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi (Pre-Opening)

As Boiler Technician, you will

Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, hot water systems, and associated equipment.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boiler systems, pumps, valves, and controls.
Record operational data, including pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel consumption.
Identify and troubleshoot issues, carrying out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Monitor chemical treatment of water systems to prevent corrosion or scaling.
Support energy conservation initiatives by maintaining system efficiency.
Respond promptly to breakdowns or emergencies to ensure guest comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate logs, maintenance records, and inventory of spare parts.
Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the Engineering team.
What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have

Previous experience as a Boiler Technician, preferably within luxury hospitality or large facilities.
Strong technical knowledge of boiler operations, safety standards, and water treatment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and system diagrams.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
A focus on safety and adherence to regulations at all times.
Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergencies.
A positive, team-oriented approach.
