Job Description
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team (technicians, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, etc.).
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all building systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, control panels, generators, UPS, etc.).
- Oversee and troubleshoot mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, pumps, firefighting systems, elevators).
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement needs.
- Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for specialized maintenance works.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
- Ready to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 5–7 years experience in building maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Multitasking and time management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical field.
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software (CMMS preferred).
- Experience in managing maintenance in commercial, residential, or mixed-use buildings.
