Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment.
  • Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of technical staff, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored facilities management solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare regular reports on facility operations and expenditures.
  • Supervise vendor and contractor performance, ensuring service level agreements are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency projects in line with ENOVA’s mission and client objectives.
  • Respond promptly to facility emergencies and implement effective contingency plans.
  • Continuously assess and improve facilities management processes to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Must be Sharkia Resident 
  • Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of proven experience in facilities (Banking Sector) management or a related engineering field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex operational issues.
  • Commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work onsite as per the organizational requirements.
