Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment.
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of technical staff, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored facilities management solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare regular reports on facility operations and expenditures.
- Supervise vendor and contractor performance, ensuring service level agreements are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency projects in line with ENOVA’s mission and client objectives.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies and implement effective contingency plans.
- Continuously assess and improve facilities management processes to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Must be Sharkia Resident
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of proven experience in facilities (Banking Sector) management or a related engineering field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex operational issues.
- Commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work onsite as per the organizational requirements.
