El Sewedy Industries Group is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in one of our companies in the Building Materials sector.

Job Description:
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of mechanical systems and equipment in our production facilities. Your role will include:

Supervising installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis for mechanical failures.
Developing preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
Supporting production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Preparing technical reports, documentation, and maintenance records.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
Following safety standards and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
1–4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the building materials / industrial / manufacturing sector.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of production machinery.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Suez resident is preferred.
