Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mechanical and industrial sectors, focusing on fittings & valves products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met and solutions are feasible.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote BESTOK’s products and brand.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, industrial valves, and related applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English preferred; additional languages are an asset.
