Job Description

  • Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of building systems and equipment.
  • Schedule and supervise service providers and contractors.
  • Monitor and manage facility-related budgets, invoices, and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and safety documentation.
  • Assist in planning space utilization and office moves.
  • Respond to facility issues and emergencies promptly.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and energy conservation efforts.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for facility operations.
  • Provide support during audits and inspections.

 

 


 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, engineering technology, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in facilities management or coordination.
  • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
