Job Description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who provides expert-level HR support and consultative services to assigned business units. This position requires a deep understanding of the organization's operations, culture, and human capital needs t develop and implement effective HR solutions that align with business objectives and enhance employee engagement and productivity.Duties/ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and recommendations on a range of HR-related matters. Collaborate with managers to identify HR needs and develop tailored programs, policies, and practices to address those needs. Oversee the delivery of core HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, within assigned business units. Provide hands-on support and coaching to managers on HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational policies. Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and make recommendations to improve HR service delivery. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness. Stay abreast of HR best practices, legal and regulatory changes, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve the organization's HR practices. Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and education to managers and employees on HR-related topics. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the success of the HR function. RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4 years of experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR role. Demonstrated expertise in core HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR technology and software to enhance service delivery. Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement practical HR solutions. Adaptable and flexible in responding to changing business needs and priorities. Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
