The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and a strong ability to identify and attract top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles.This position plays a critical role in building a robust talent pipeline and supporting business growth by sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled professionals aligned with our client’s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across various departments, including technical, commercial, and support functions.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and use of social media, job boards, and recruitment events.Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide hiring managers through the selection process.Maintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Keep up to date with market trends and competitor hiring practices, particularly within the real estate and construction sectors.Requirements:3 to 4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the Construction or Real Estate industries.This role is open to overseas applicantsSolid understanding of sourcing techniques, screening methods, and best hiring practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Proficient in using ATS systems and recruitment tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.REF: TG91024
