I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.Job DescriptionJob PurposePromotes the designated products in regular calls to the targeted health care professionals according to the Takeda strategy and action planEnsures to achieve and surpass his/her sales and market share targets by delivering the requested daily number of high-quality sales visits to the health care professionals in his/her target listEnsures to deliver and continuously improve quality calls by rigorously implementing the recommendations from the superiorActively and rigorously implements the sales and marketing strategy and action plans and strictly uses the promotional materialsOrganizes and conducts Product meetings and round tablesContinuously reports the activities with sales effectiveness toolsUnder the supervision of the direct superior, is able to Implement KOL plans in his/her territoryMake a territory analysis and propose a budget and action planExpected end resultsMajor activitiesAchieve Sales and Market Share targetsDemonstrates the adequate winning attitude and commitment to achieve his/her targetsDemonstrates the adequate customer centricity to build a relationship based on trust and respect, and performs all of his/her activities strictly within the Takeda code of conduct and complianceImplements strictly the Segmentation and Targeting objectivesDelivers or surpasses the requested number of daily calls in his target audienceSuccessfully implements the sales and marketing strategy and action plans and strictly uses the promotional materials providedEnsure to deliver quality callsIs eager to, and continuously improves the quality of the sales calls by implementing the scientific, product and sales calls trainingRegularly asks for feedback and rigorously implements the coaching recommendations from his/her superiorDoctor group meetings and round tablesHas the required skills to conduct product presentations in group meetings, hospital staff meetings and round tables in his/her territoryHas the skills to organize such meetings and ensure that targeted HCP are present to attend the product presentationsEnsures the attending HCP are visited shortly after the meeting as per company guidelinesKOL management under the supervision of his/her superiorIs able to identify and list the KOL in his/her territoryIs able to develop an appropriated KOL management planWith minimal supervision, is able to implement the agreed upon KOL planEnsures this is done within the Takeda code of conduct and complianceTerritory Management – under the supervision of his/her superiorIs able to make an in-depth analysis of his/her territory comprising of value and unit sales of Takeda and competing products, Segmentation and Targeting, outcomes of all performed activitiesIs able to develop an adequate action and investment plan for the next periodSkills & KnowledgeEducational qualificationsHolds a bachelor degree in pharmacy or medicine from reputable universityFluent in EnglishRelevant Experience & KnowledgeHaving experience in another pharmaceutical company is an advantageMOH & Institutional sector experience preferable Ultra rare disease experience will be an advantage Saudi Nationals only Personal Characteristics & behaviorsGood communication skills, with the ability to network both within and outside the organizationSound analytical and problem solving abilitiesAbility to manage effectively in fast paced, changing environmentExcellent leadership, managerial, interpersonal and relationshipAcceptable level of computer skillsLocationsJeddah, Saudi ArabiaWorker TypeEmployeeWorker Sub-TypeRegularTime TypeFull time
