Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to become an integral part of our team. In this position, you will serve as the initial point of engagement for our candidates, providing resolutions and responses to their inquiries with empathy and precision. Our ideal candidate prioritizes clear communication and possesses a true passion for aiding others, guaranteeing that each candidate experience is favorable. If you are prepared to be the reliable support our candidates depend on, we are eager to consider your application.What You'll DoConduct candidate screenings utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and various job boards to identify potential matches. Review resumes and efficiently manage candidate progression through the hiring pipeline. Maintain an organized and current Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking of candidate information. Execute initial screening interviews with candidates via phone or video conferencing to assess qualifications and fit. Report directly to senior recruitment staff, providing detailed updates and summaries of recruitment efforts. Regularly communicate with both the internal team and external clients to provide status updates and insights on the recruitment process. Craft clear and concise job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities of the positions. Who You AreYou are seasoned in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years of experience under your belt. You have excellent command over the English language, both in speech and writing. You are adept at conducting screening calls, ensuring only the most suitable candidates move forward in the recruitment process. You have a proven track record of sourcing talented designers who meet specific creative and technical job criteria. Additional ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and the desired profile for each role. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring practices. Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and career workshops, to promote the company and attract top talent. Provide a high level of candidate care and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize recruitment metrics to inform strategies and improve recruitment processes.
