Our portfolio includes globally recognized brands like Costa Coffee UAE, Pret A Manager, Giraffe, and The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck, alongside bespoke homegrown concepts like ZOMA.Role Purpose:Lead and manage restaurant kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, fostering a motivated team, and driving consistent operational excellence.Key Accountabilities: Develop and implement procedures to maintain brand guidelines and foster successful relationships with partners.Manage overall kitchen operations, ensuring quality standards, daily checks, and adherence to safety and hygiene systems.Communicate effectively with team members, manage stock-takes, and ensure consistent food preparation and quality.Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of culinary experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry.Proficiency in people management and multicultural team dynamics.Ability to work under pressure, with a positive attitude and passion for culinary artsPreferred Experience, Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3 years; experience as Head Chef.Advanced food safety or HACCP certification.Familiarity with local authorities and regulations.What we offer Join a team of experienced professionals who are experts in the industry.
