You will have to be deadline-driven, proactive, self-starter, dedicated, and balance multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for organising and coordinating the office operations and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Facilities Manager in vendor management;Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment;Create and maintain relationships with vendors;Bring up new vendors and maintain backup vendors for each mode of office supplies and services;Complete tasks before the deadline;Negotiate prices with the vendors;Sumit invoice & follow-up on payments with the finance team;Ensure supplies & services meet quality standards;Maintain & update the list of vendors;Maintain documents and make yearly budget forecast;Work with team members to complete duties.RequirementsQualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience4+ years of relevant experience.KnowledgeWell-familiar with requirements i.e., having significant compliance with requiredand expected performance.SkillsGood communication skills;Good Analytical skills and negotiation skills.TraitsProject management;Decision making;Multitasking;Team Player;Confident;To-do nature;ProactiveBenefitsHigh-performing and fast-paced work environment.Comprehensive Health InsuranceRewards and recognitionLearning & DevelopmentBayut is an equal-opportunity employer.
