Alfa Medical GroupJob PurposeExecute the transformation initiatives and projects aligned with the AMG strategic goals.Technical AccountabilitiesDefine project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in alignment with strategic goals to Successfully deliver of transformation projects on time, within budget, and meeting desired outcomes.Collaborate with the CTO to develop and implement change management strategies for transformation initiatives.Support the development and execution of the overall transformation strategy and roadmap to effectively change management strategies and successful implementation of the transformation strategy.Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for transformation projects.Communicate project updates, milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner to ensure effective communication throughout the transformation projects.Identify project resource requirements and collaborate with functional managers to allocate resources effectively.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively address them to ensure project success within project delivery timelines.Administrative AccountabilitiesDevelop and present regular project performance reports to the CTO, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations to identify and resolve project issues, accurate reporting on project performance, and proactive risk management.Facilitate post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with the CTO and project teams to implement process improvements and best practices to improve projects management practices, enhance project performance, and increase efficiency.Collaborate with the CTO and the transformation team to align project objectives and priorities.Managerial AccountabilitiesMeasuresCommunication and working relationshipsDaily verbal/ written/ phone communication with the Chief Transformation OfficerOngoing internal communication with all Concerned DepartmentsJob latitude / decision making authorityWorks with Chief Transformation Officer ‎Works within defined policies procedures and work processesKnowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA's)Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.4- 6 Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on transformation initiatives and change management.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience in driving organizational change and managing resistance to change.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are highly desirable.CompetenciesAdaptabilityCustomer CentricityQuality Orientation
