Job Description
- Working closely with and under the supervision of the project manager to deliver project goals and timelines.
- Coordinates resources, schedules, and activities of technical projects.
- File all project documents.
- Performance of any job-related tasks assigned by direct manager/supervisor
- Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Job Requirements
- Previous experience with BPO Or Information Technology field is a must.
- experience with Governmental Projects is preferred
