Job Description

Department: Risk & ComplianceEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Riyadh - Saudi BioDescriptionRisk Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework toidentify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with business operations. Work closely with department heads to conduct risk assessments, define riskappetite, and develop risk mitigation strategies.Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards inSaudi Arabia. Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update internal policies andprocedures accordingly.Policy Development: Collaborate with legal and business units to develop and maintain policies andprocedures that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Ensure policies are communicated effectively and consistently implementedacross the organization.Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal control mechanisms to safeguardcompany assets and ensure financial and operational integrity. Conduct regular internal self-assessment to assess the effectiveness of controls andrecommend improvements.Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to executive management and the board on risk andcompliance matters. Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors.Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs on risk management and compliance foremployees at all levels. Foster a culture of compliance awareness and ethical behavior throughout theorganization.Incident Response: Develop and implement an incident response plan to address and manage anycompliance or risk-related incidents promptly. Lead investigations into potential breaches and recommend corrective actions.Educational Qualification And Work ExperienceUniversity Degree in business management, legal studies, business administration, project management or a similar field of study.Audit, GRC qualification and/ or a qualified accountant (preferred+7 years of experience within a Senior Compliance and/or Governance Position.SkillsManagement and leadership.Ability to embrace complexity.Ability to develop standards for maintaining legal compliance.Quality management.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Data analytics skills.Organization, project management, and strategic planning skills.Familiarity with process improvement methodology.Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills.Attention to detail.Understanding of regulatory frameworks.
