We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs and training initiatives to educate employees on compliance requirements.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update compliance policies and procedures accordingly.- Conduct regular compliance audits to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.- Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters and serve as a subject matter expert.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into business processes and systems.- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on compliance obligations and best practices.- Investigate and respond to compliance-related incidents, including conducting internal investigations and implementing corrective actions.- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities as required.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compliance to ensure the organization remains compliant with evolving regulations.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field- 3-5 Years of experience- Proven experience working in compliance.- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.- Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) is required, or relevant certification.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to communicate complex compliance issues effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
